Oopsend on one page.

Oopsend is the undo button for sends on Robinhood Chain. Send ETH or any ERC-20 as a link. Take it back any time before it is claimed.

#Problem

Transfers are instant and final. A wrong address, a wrong amount, or a recipient who never shows up means the money is gone or stuck. Onboarding a friend means "make a wallet, then send me the address" before any value can move.

#Solution

Oopsend escrows each send in its own record inside one contract and gives the sender a claim link. The link carries a throw-away private key after the #. The chain stores only that key's address.

  • Claim. The recipient's browser signs (link, recipient) with the link's key. Anyone can relay it. The contract pays 99.7% to the named recipient and accrues 0.3%.
  • Undo. The sender takes back 100% at any time before the claim. Free.
  • Expiry. After the deadline, anyone can push the funds back to the sender. Free.

#Design principles

  1. No path for the admin to funds. Escrowed funds leave only to the signed recipient, to the fee accrual, or to the sender. The admin tunes the fee (up to 1%), the caps and a pause for new links, nothing else.
  2. The secret never reaches the chain or a server. It lives in the URL fragment. A claim is a signature, so a copied transaction cannot be redirected.
  3. Fail safe. Pausing blocks only new links. Undo and refunds always work. A failed payout reverts and leaves the link open.
  4. Bounded risk. Per-link caps (2 ETH, and 1% of a token's supply, by default) and a 10 minute to 90 day window.

#Economics

0.3% on claimed sends only, locked into each link when it is created. Fees accrue in the contract, anyone can sweep them to a public wallet, and that wallet buys back and burns $OOPS. Launched on Pons with no presale and no team allocation beyond a disclosed dev buy. The token is not needed to use the product.

#Status

The Solidity contract (create, claim, undo, expireRefund, sweepFees) is built and passes 30 Foundry tests, plus a fork test with real USDG on chain 4663. A JavaScript port of its rules powers the lab and reproduces the Solidity test vectors exactly. The contract is deployed on Robinhood Chain at 0x7B530e91D9dc24C78Ca2eEE2B494E7dE1B680AC0. A relayer for gasless claims and an undo-from-X bot are designs.

#Roadmap

A relayer, undo from X, an on-chain buyback, and later scheduled sends and multi-recipient links.

Not financial advice. Memecoins are highly risky.
